I never put much stock in the idea it would happen either until two forum members with inside information seemed to be pretty convinced.
But nothing is 100%, and this might have been one of those cases where plans changed. Or the information was some how misinterpreted.
Also, like you say, we still don't have M4 CS info, so perhaps they'll show up there.
