Would like to know this at well.

From what i can tell almost everyone who has CCBs are lease, so none of them keep them longer then necessary.

I would take an educated guess and say if you street, CCBs basically never need to be replaced unless something hits it. Even the steel brakes on the F8x last past 100k w/ stock pads. Granted the brake dust is like armageddon but hey... not everyone cares.
