This is a typical DTC with just about every aftermarket set of intakes out there. The DME basically sees that the intake air volume has increased from stock values, and is registering it as a soft trouble code.
You can either code this out with BM3, or if running a custom tune, the tuner might be able to adjust the intake air volume range.
