Worse customer service I’ve experienced plus they charge a HANDLING FEE on top of the shipping fee so youre not saving money and they are not worth your time and money in my opinion

Awful customer service. Charges handling fee on top of shipping fee like its 1979. There are other better online stores

Yes, don’t ever buy it from them. It tooks two weeks for them to handle my order and yet have not received the item. Now they just ignored all my emails now. It’s my worst BMW part ONLINE store shopping experience.
