Wheel rubbing?

Sometimes when moving forward or backward at a slow rate of speed with the wheel slightly turned, the car makes a rubbing or buffeting feeling. It's faint but I can feel/hear it, and I can't replicate it. Any ideas? Stock wheels, tires, suspension.

I have this too! Been wondering what it was. Sounds like the tyre is rubbing on something when turning at slow speed
