Squeaky noise coming from passenger side door panel

I've been noticing this squeaky noise coming from my passenger side of the car. Sounds like it's coming from the panels and something's loose. Anyone else having this problem? Especially on bumpy roads the noise just keeps on coming... which is kind of annoying.

off the topic here but kinda sucks to be the first year model owner, i've noticed a few problems described by forum members like the tin can noise coming from bottom of the car..

I had this too, and then let my wife out. Noise gone!

Check the passenger side sun visor. I swore there was a rattle coming from the passenger side dash area but it was actually coming from the visor because it wasn't snapped into place all the way (didn't sound like it was coming from the area of the visor at all!).

Dude don't even get me started. I have my own thread on this same issue. Both of my doors are making that noise and it's driving me nuts, on top of my active sound coming out of my speakers and "buzzing" now.

sigh... i love this car but all these problems made me regret getting a first year model, especially considering there's gonna be a LCI for MY2016...

I sure am glad that I got the "freak" M4 that I did. Nine months and not a single squeak, buzz, rattle, etc. It has been perfect and I am glad that I didn't get a "normal" M4

Does this sound sorta sound like putting tape on plastic and ripping it off? That's the sound my passenger rear door has been making and it's driving me a bit crazy.

Sounds kind of like that . It's ok on even and smooth road but on rough roads it's very obvious.

Me too. Not a huge pain in the ass but still kinda annoying. Will maybe take it in when it gets worse

You guys must live in areas with pristine roads to hear all of these noises! The benefits of San Francisco's three-dimensional road surface is that I don't hear these things

I used to live in SF. Terrible roads.

You don't have to be a pro, but it definitely helps to have some experience. You just gotta know when you can use a sledge hammer, and when you have to use a feather. It's actually not hard. You might break a clip or two, but you just buy new ones. Local dealers stock them.
