Possible gas vent valve issue

I’ve been having an issue with pumping gas for close to 6 months. No pump that I have been to will allow me to “auto fill.” The pump will continuously click, allowing just barely a gallon or so each time. As such I sometimes overfill when not paying attention. The car has no fault codes.

Upon searching, others have posted issues with their gas tank vent valve only with an associated idle issue. I do not have said idle issue. This is a mere inconvenience when pumping that I’m only now deciding to deal with.

Has anything dealt with this? What was your solution?

Gas tank vent valve, charcoal canister, filler neck. Basically any part of the evap system could be the culprit and would need proper diagnosis. Should be covered under emissions warranty. Call a dealership to verify.
