It varies, but I would say around the range of 60,000 - 90,000 miles is what I've seen here.

Personally, I had my PCV replaced when it started to squeal at ~62,000 miles.

On a 91 Stage 1 Map.

Mine went bad at 41K miles and it was at 4 years and 4 months old lol. Right outside of warranty lol.
