It's somewhere around the front passenger area, I just can't locate where. Any help would really be appreciated!
Have you tried removing the passenger sun visor? have just identified the source of the rattle from the passenger side in my F80. It was coming from the sliding piece of plastic that covers the mirror. I temporarily put a small piece of tissue between the mirror and the plastic cover to exert some pressure on the cover then closed it and the rattle stopped Just need to work on a proper fix now.

Great thread and especially the one about the HUD rattle... My car suffers from a similar HUD rattle but only when the sun shines on the windscreen. If I press down on the edge of the HUD (plastic bezel) it goes... Guess its time to get some felt tape and apply it to the inside of the bezel.

What vibrates for me is my plastic steering wheel column cover! If I push it down it, temporarily stops the issue. Anyone else have the issue?

Rear dash starts buzzing at 4k RPM but only with the seats folded down. It's not the child seat anchor covers. Any pointers before I start ripping it apart tomorrow?

registered here just to say thanks all for the input on this.

My F80 had this squeaking noise and I realised if I roll down my windows slighly the squeaking noise disappears.

Followed the guide in the OP and used Gummi Fledge to grease up the inside of the window rubber seals. Its gone now.

Again, for those experiencing a similar issue, for me, it wasn't the door seals but rather the seals within the frame of the window so you will have to get right up in there with the Gummi for it to do its thing. Once lubricated and dried, the sound has 100% disappeared.

If you have a rattle come from what sounds like the backseats/where the speakers are but find that its not your speakers, it could be this clip in the trunk. Mine got loose and rattled a lot!

Front A/C Trim - I had this rattle since I got my F82. I applied Tessa tape around the 2 button connectors at the back of the trim and applied Gummi Pflege to a lot of the spots. Rattle is now gone!

any idea what this rattle is? I think it's coming from the dash somewhere. In the video it almost sounds like static, but it's a "fast" or high pitched rattle, almost sounds like metal on plastic but not sure.

Has anyone had issues with creaks coming from the metal door panel clips or the seat belt covers?
