So I think if they truck the Ms to the GTA it will take about 8 days to reach the dealers best case......I hope!

Which ever way is the fastest. It seems that the M4 that I check was shipped by the Trucking service as you can see, and since my dealer is in Ajax, it is possible it could go that route.

Apparently CN rail is having major problems shipping cars on time, another M owner started a post on it.

Well mine is being trucked in, according to the invoice it will get here next month, but when Budd's did theirs it took two days from when the truck pick it up.

I am still hoping for end of next week!

There is no way it will take 2 weeks if it is already on a truck. You could walk faster.

I agree but it is to late in the day to get in touch with anyone until Monday to get a realistic delivery date.

This is the only situation I hate Fridays because everyone leaves early.

Will today I checked the status of the truck that is bring mine and Rum's M4 and and they seemed to finalize when the truck will; actually pick up the car which is now Monday the 28th, and will show up at the dealers on the 30th so a two day drive.

Unfortunately I can find out what is taken the truck so long to pick them up, they may want to wait for other BMW's to clear customs and load it up or our Ms are still stuck in the customs process.

You know I will be checking this everyday.

Hansen's website, the dealer is asking me when the car is to come.

I'm still wondering if, once the car is through Customs, if it is possible to just hop down there and drive it back. I think the problem is the registration, as you would need dealer to do that first so you could put plates on it. But, no reason why they can't do that now.

Plus the car is in shipping mode, and someone told me that the suspension is locked down as well.

If there was a BMW service depot in Halifax when the cars are loaded off then it would be possible, like they do in the U.S.

Not sure what "shipping mode" is for ED cars. Before the dealers got involved in redelivery, I would just go the railyard in Concord to get my car.

That mode for one limits the speed of the car.
