My understanding is that even if I do no lowering, it will be 5mm lower with the MPHAS, so I'm not sure how that will affect the rear. The front has a bigger gap, so maybe that is less of a problem, but the dealership did not have an answer on rubbing in the front against the coilover itself and I asked Apex.
Wheels and tires are correct specs. You will need to add ground control camber plates

Great setup. I'm planning to get a set of track wheel and tire combo. Thinking about the camber plate as well.

That's the Apex EC-7 and Nitto NT01 setup that I have. This is with the Dinan coilover (HAS) suspension system and Ground Control camber plates. No interference whatsoever with this setup. I can't speak for the BMW M Performance coilovers.

I would opt for 10mm spacer up front to eliminate any possible rubbing on the shocks (there's plenty of room). This also buys you a slightly wider track.

On my 18x10F and 18x11R Apex setup with Nitto NT01 I use a 10mm spacer on front and 5mm rear. Tire sizes are 275/35 and 305/35.
