2018 F83 Headliner/Dash Cam Question

I'm trying to install a dash cam in my 2018 M4 convertible F83 and would like to hide the wires. I noticed the headliner and A-pillar cover is very rigid. It doesn't feel like it would be flexible enough to just tuck the cables under as there was almost no space between the headliner and the windshield.

Has anyone else done this before and have any pointers?

Follow up questions, where are all the 12V cigarette lighter plugs located since I won't be wiring to the fusebox.

Thanks,
-S

The only trouble I had hiding the wires were on the B pillars (seat belt pillars). It turns out that the wires more easily slip behind the ceiling at those pillars.

So did you just tuck it in instead of removing or loosening it?

I didn't have to loosen anything
