Interesting. I have yet to see one in the wild. I suppose I’m not terribly surprised since there are so few (~600) in circulation.

Yeah I haven't seen one in the wild yet either . I should have clarified that I meant M3cs at local dealers.

Laurel bmw has a white one and a black one but that store loves to sell @ like 3 % off sticker on normal 3s, x5. (Autonation store) I'm sure people get deals but I haven't been able to .

Bill Jacobs has a LRG grey one that is probably beautiful in person.

I talked to a bunch of dealers before i pulled the trigger on mine
they were all willing to discount 10 k plus before rebates , but you have to talk to the managers rather than SA
and sometimes you have to remind them that these cars sat around for a reason.. they were over priced
for example one dealer started at 5 k off, and I told them the going rate is much more , 5 min after we left , offer changed to 19 k off

This is just crazy to me because all these deals around MD but yet my local still sitting on their two M3CS for months now. Its like they have blinders on, stubborn, greedy, dumb as hell or all of the above.

Kief, is that from the m-gruppe website, because BMW of Houston doesn't list that price on their website.

You need the secret decoder ring for that price
That price isn't listed on their website. Are you an ///M Gruppe member?

Yep, I had to go directly to the sales manager at my dealer in PA to get the deal on mine.

Glad I stumbled on this thread! I have an awesome deal in front of me right now on a M3 CS but in the back of my mind, I keep thinking "Is it really smart to buy this car at this point in its lifespan when the new M3 will be out in a year?" Then another part of me chimes in and says, "you are getting a 100k+ car for WAY below market.."

Did any of you have a similar dilemma / can share your thoughts?

The arrival of the G8x did not alter my decision at all. As I said before, you don't know what you're waiting for in the G8x. With that said, why wait around for it? If it comes out and it's taking the automotive scene by storm, then I will make provisions to get out of my current lease or wait it out since it's only 3 years. I would be willing to bet the F series CS will likely fair well against the G series (non CS, GTS) from a performance standpoint. If you like the CS and can get a great deal on it, buy it. Worry about the G8x when or if it's worth worrying about.

If someone in NC or near NC want to give me a deal on a CS involving a trade-in, shoot me a PM I've seen deals in the low 80s with payments hovering in the 850-1000 a month range which makes me happy with zero down

Just start making calls. The trade will likely make this difficult. Back in January when I was shopping I called all of the dealers in NC and none of them wanted to deal. They were all offering ~$4,600 off + incentives.

Yeah moving from FL where it's extremely competitive pricing to NC where everyone's head is up their ass has made it sucky for car purchasing, and out of state purchases are a pain in the ass as they want to charge a 3% highway use tax on top of the sales tax you pay

Meh if it comes it comes, I have my eyes set on a 991 4S or a GT4 anyways

Agreed. If this was just a base M3, then I could totally see your concern (although I'd still probably go for it). That said, the CS is a very special model that will stand on its own regardless of what comes after it.

Base MF for March is 0.00177. Each MSD brings it down by 0.00005, so should be 0.00142 with max (7) MSDs.

Thank you.
The dealer is charging 0.00162, so seems like we have room to negotiate there...

Congrats! This looks like a really good deal. A higher MSRP than we usually see and a 12k mile lease. Good for you.
Yeah that's a good deal. I have a 12k/36 as well. $107k for the Lime Rock Grey. Zero drive off, sign and drive, no first month payment, upgraded Maintenance Program and my payment is $1049 before taxes. The deals are going to get sweeter and sweeter and I'm going to have to grind my teeth with envy!

I think you did good , my understanding is this will be the last month for lease support from factory , and dealers know that these cars can't sell well with financing, so I think it is time to move on one if the car appeals to you
