Their blue CS is being sold so my only choice is white or just keep what I have.
0 down $914 a month is very solid. I got a very similar deal on my SMB.

Good deal but trying to leave me with 2100 in negative equity in my current M3. Payoff is 58100 and they want to give me 56 for my 18 with 11k on it. Obviously a trade helps with tax but they are making that a wash with the negative equity.

I told them make it a wash on the trade and we got a deal but they wouldn't budge so I walked.

SMB blows AW away, really no comparison between the two.

Agreed. I'm low 900 with 0 down. Keep that 5k to invest.

If it helps any, I got 52.5 for my 2017 with 5k miles on it. Mine was pretty much a stripper though with just ZCP.

Good for you. Don't get robbed under pressure. FWIW, I got $62k on my 18 ZCP with 8k miles.

Agreed. No way am I going to take a bath on any part of this deal.

Not sold on AW either and my CA kept asking me if I would rather have the blue one so don't think it's as 'sold' as they say.

Can you share with us what dealership on this planet is willing to give $24,000 off on a new car? I might be a buyer for it, thanks!

Not sure about $24k but I got $19k off my M3 CS. You just gotta call around and not limit yourself to your state. The deals are all over this thread.

They really are night and day. It didn't help they had the SMB in the showroom and AW outside dirty and wet. SMB had swirl marks on it from being moved in/out and cleaned for past the couple months.

Like JMG said deals to be had if you look around, I am lazy and just waited until my local was ready to deal. Current offer even with with the negative equity on the trade and 0$ down payment would be $878. But again not willing to take a loss on any of this so I will just wait to see if they decide to make it an even trade. I probably should have asked for me but c'est la vie.

+1. The dealer I worked with at the time had all colors with the exception of LRG. If the deal on my SMB fell apart I would've tried another dealer for the color I wanted or stayed in my ZCP. I was only interested in SMB or LRG.

If anybody is in the market for BSM M3 CS, I have a lead on the following deal in Texas.

MSRP- 102,395
Sell price- 84,000 before incentives
$2500 lease credit, $750 loyalty and full OL code accepted (lease credit and loyalty is lower in that region apparently)

Assuming 36mos/10k miles/yr, this should yield monthly payment in the 700s with MSDs

They have an M4CS by chance that they're giving similar discounts on?

Unfortunately the dealership informed me that they cannot extend the buy rate to others and thus the inflated MF is .00217

That said, it should still yield great numbers and there may be a bit more wiggle room in the selling price

I don't understand how you guys are getting these deals. Are the BMW dealers simply losing money on these cars? I understand the markup is 7% and there are people getting around $20k off the price of CS's PLUS incentives.

Markup isn't 7%. 7% is invoice pricing that they use to create programs around and convince buyers they are getting a good deal. These cars are being made for less and that is being given back to dealership as incentives/Credits.
