Our shop hasn't had this issue arise, so I can't give you an opinion on this so far. I'm pretty confident in saying that there shouldn't be any issues.

Hi,

Silly question- I noticed the rear shock doesn't have a wire to dampen like what i've seen on the KW DDC's. Do the rears still dampen with the modes like OEM? Any error codes because of this?

What i have noticed on a youtube install video is that they use the top mount on the rear which has the plug socket. So does that mean the rear strut is basically working like the oem adaptive suspension minus the wire?

The wire is already on the vehicle side. No errors
The wire connects to the plug on the rear shock.

What I like about this kit vs the KW is that you don’t need to remove the pins from the factory connector to the aftermarket system. Other than removing the safety caps, it truly is plug and play.
