Thanks! There's a local dealer with two CSs on the lot.. one is BSM @ $104k but it doesn't have the upgraded LED lights and the other is LRG @ $110k that would be perfect but probably not as negotiable. I might stop over this weekend to check them out.

Well if this helps out at all, I ended up going with one that had a $107K MSRP (Had the Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps on it) of which I didn't care about having those as an option, so the dealer matched the same lease payment as the $106K MSRP. So you should have some negotiating power on the $110K one

Hi trendy26 -

would you please send me your lease sheet too? I'm returning my M4 comp and need a replacement in a few weeks and need as much help as possible.

Thank you in advance!

If I don't get the car in the $700's, so be it. Once the 24 month lease numbers made the car the same payment as the 36 month payment, it was kind of a no brainer from there.

I'll give you my lease sheet to shop around if you want. That helped with other dealers agreeing to the pricing

Thats an amazing deal.

If I can have this deal today on an F80 CS I would trade up my '19 M2c! (maybe)

If it arrives with some scratches consider it justice for the theft...

Acquired my GTS regionally, delivered to me by a single car, enclosed trailer from ~300 mls away. Sole proprietor type of guy/business. I don't know if you can track down something similar for that significant of a transport, but if I were in your spot that's what I'd pursue first.

Anyhow, my deal is as follows:

2019 San Marino Blue M4CS
$107K MSRP
24 month 10K mile per year lease
$1k out of pocket
$763/month tax included

Very tough deal to pass up, but I'm nervous as can be with the shipping since I've had a bad experience in the past with my 2011 E92 M3 being shipped and arriving with scratches.

Appreciate any recommendations!
If you can work me the same deal I will pay for your shipping. I live in Fort Lauderdale too.

I'm almost inclined to try and mirror this deal just for the sport of it!

What were your May #s:
Residual for 2yr w/10K?
May MF?

I would make the assumption that flagship monies were used on this deal, as well a step monies...

I could probably mirror it. Any specific color you want? I know one dealer that has white and black ones in stock

WOW! What a residual, as when these CS models 1st came out the residuals were sub 50%. Just have patience on the higher end priced models and eventually BMWFS will subsidy the lease-- just don't purchase at lease end as you'll be upside down.

it looks like flagship is $9000 according to brokers on leasetradr, should unload pretty quick given that lease rates should hover near or under $800.

Thanks!

I meant more in terms of the definition, though. What do the terms "flagship money" and "step up money" mean?

63% is the 10,000 mile 24 months, 60% for 30 months, and it's 57% for 36 months. Add 1% for 7500 miles for each.

It becomes on incredible deal considering the sum of all parts, and unless you really really really need that arm rest and rear vents (I don't need those luxuries, and I barely use the "comfort access" on my current car because I always put my briefcase in the trunk and unlock the car first, even though I know the trunk will unlock itself within proximity...call me old school at 32yrs.. lol)
