Hi guys, I found a new 2018 M4 coupe in a Michigan BMW dealership with MSRP $85,805. Looking to lease that 36/10K but I am not sure how much discount I should start to ask for with dealer for a previous MY car, any suggestions?

2018s are TWO years old. Of course they are going to be "discounted".

I thought it was obvious.

Thanks for the info. But that $15K difference is more for MT in my opinion. It is not that relevant to how much off MSRP for a "2 yera old new car" I should ask from the BMW dealership. But I do appreciate your help.

Right, it definitely should be. But I just do not have an idea how much discount I should expect or start with for a "2 year old new car". I suspect it should be more discounted than a current MY, but what range shall I look for? 25% off MSRP?

I would think that is dealer dependent. 25K sounds like a good place to start.

You can't lease the 2018's anymore. Check out 2019's.

M3 was an exception for 2018's. 4 series support ended before that.

July credits now show $5,500 for 2019MY M4's, BMWUSA always seems to change it a few days after they release the months #'s.

As for the college grad, you may not be able to use it in conjunction with other OL codes as it may be pulling from the same "bank" of incentives. Check to make sure.

Put the dealer's zipcode on bmwusa.com and you can see the correct incentive. It should be $5000 in SoCal.
