Running ps4s 235/35/20 and 275/30/20. I don’t track or auto-x like I used to so I didn’t really care for a more track friendly squared setup. If I get back into it I’d get a dedicated track setup. My winter set is a 19” flow formed square setup. Stock suspension...may eventually get the MPP coilovers. I also did a DIY chrome delete.
How much for the wheels, if you don't mind sharing? And where can I find this DIY chrome delete, was it PITA? I have little patience and once tried to wrap some exterior pieces on my Jag, and ultimately gave up!

Wheels were $2500. Cheapest forged monoblocks that I’ve seen...but I also waited 12 weeks. I thought the chrome delete was pretty easy...but I’m pretty handy lol. There are several chrome delete kits out now. The one in that vid, Kenriko and now Nikola. I used the one from Kenriko....and thought it had very good cuts.

Looks great! If I end up getting one, it will be black as well (I'm a bit scared to own another black car esp one with medicore paint quality tho )

Nice rubber too, but I wonder how much it'll impact your range moving forward compared to the OEM setup.

I mentioned my range impact with this setup a couple posts up. I was ready to take a small hit on efficiency. But after putting just over 9k miles since I installed them the end of March...My efficiency has actually been slightly better than the stock 20” setup....at worst the same.

Same I saw a black on yesterday on the 18's . Looked so good. My car would be a swirly mess if I chose black.

Just curious. Did you get an f83 soley because of it’s looks? It’s performance doesn’t matter to you?

I think performance is important but if I do 60 in 3.4 or 3.6 is not really important.
We don't have the Autobahn here it's just nice to have the amount of power or performance even it's not needed at all.

Slightly OT, had a couple of quick rolling runs with a new M2 Competition the other day. Driver seemed a cool guy and said it had an intake and a cat-back exhaust but no tune. Car looked and sounded good.

I took him easily in each run, which is what I expected, but apparently wasn't what he expected based on his comments afterwards. Thumbs up all the way around at the end, though.

What was your SOC?
How many bus lengths did you put on him?
What speed did you shut it down at?
Was he catching you?
Was he DCT or 6MT?

I can't get anyone to play with the M3P.

SOC about 70%.
I was easily out front and he wasn't catching me.
That's all I'm willing to put down in writing... ;-)

The 0-60 in my Performance Model 3 will never old. That adrenaline it gives you on the acceleration is crazy. But I will give everything else in performance to my M3. Handling is so much better. But the comfort in the Model 3 is much better. Both cars have there advantages.

I only rented a Performance Model 3 for a few days, but this is exactly how I felt about it. Comfort, acceleration & convenience are great for a daily driver, but it's just not a driver's car like an M3 is.
