Check engine light hiccup

Got a check engine light on my 2015 m4 and these codes popped up. Few hours later started the car and the check engine light is gone? I scheduled an appointment to get it diagnosed at the dealership with my warranty ($200 deductible) but was wondering if it was just a small hiccup with the car. Should I pay the extra $200 and get it checked up or is it something not to worry about?

thats a lot of codes.

Check the top mount intercooler reservoir(closest to windshield). You can check this without letting the car cool down unlike the main engine coolant reservoir.
