Yes he can absolutely help, this morning just finished up adding CarPlay with full screen in my 2017 F 80.
I have a newer MacBook and I am a total computer illiterate which made things a little difficult for him Took a little longer because I wasn’t totally prepared still got it done!

100% highly recommend.

I can highly recommend kubax86 and his highly professional team to do the iDrive 6 flash to enable CarPlay full screen. These guys are hands down the best in the business. I just had my 2016 F31 flashed with the same and had it was done remotely to boot!!
