Chances are great. 100% they'll pass it at night while Californians are going to bed.
Quick skim through the bill text, looks like the super majority want to target their own controlled cities first, RIP. Likely then followed by the rest of CA. |

thankfully my county is red (for now) and we try to derail what we can from CA, but eventually there will be no place for sports cars if you cant ever give it gas. We'll all be driving nissan leafs to save the planet LOL... or move to another state
