Do they look loose or broken line ?

I know maybe this is dumb but if yall could look at the before and after pictures does the first one look loose and do yall think they could have become loose maybe from hitting something on the road ?

The lower line looks like it’s been bend and damaged. The upper definitely looks wet with no local sources to just create a wet surface at its interface. A similar picture to the second one, might give more insight into what happened in the first one,
