IND - as always, awesome work. I love what you have done. Great choice in mods, style, color.
The only thing that confuses me is the use of CSL seats. Why install a seat that is not compatible with harnesses on a car that has a 1/2 cage? The only thing that is really special about the CSL seat design is the fact that they fold forward and allow rear seat acces. No need for that on this car. Plus you can't take advantage of harnesses. If you don't want to use harnesses then why eliminate the rear seats and install a roll bar?

Was hoping for some transparency into curb weight of the car on the scales and the f/r weight distribution since the car was corner weighted, etc. Any chance that will be shared with us enthusiasts and numbers nerds?

Thank you so much for the kind words! I agree that the CSL seats are lacking with respect to an inability to use a racing harness. At this stage of the car's life, we wanted to create a "high end street car" feel with better than GTS handling and an excellent overall execution. The CSL seats worked well in that respect due to BMW's excellent panel and trim work. They vaguely resemble a low bolster Pole Position, but the addition of the plastic trim, pull handles, and other accessories really gives them an OE look and feel, which is what we were after, for now. I believe that this M4 will continue to evolve, as ultimately the car's purpose is to allow us to test and demonstrate concepts to our clients. The time will come to use it again on the race track (just as when it was blue), and at that point we may elect to change seats. I don't have the corner weights handy now, but I will align and corner balance this car once again before it sees the race track (likely after BimmerFest), and we'll publish more data at that time.

Amazing build here guys......2 things I was scratching my head about:
Why the csl seats? IMO the look dated, I know BMW perf seats are the standard issue for sick builds, but they would look perfect in there. Why the full respray? Realistically a shop like IND should be able to present a portfolio of work, call BMW and have their car painted any individual color you guys wanted. |

Saw this car first hand while getting a few cosmetic upgrades to my car yesterday and it's amazing. The unpainted portions of the carbon fiber front and rear bumper is subtle and classy to me. The cf wheels look awesome. And it's the first time I heard the Eisenmann exhaust in person. Speechless. It was great meeting Ryan, Anthony, and others.

This is what I call a BUILD... Congrats IND Team
Any more info about the carbon revolution wheels ? The size ? The exist only in 19' isn't it ? I'm so happy to see'em on a real life build. Do you know the weight difference versus a BBS FI in the same size ? |

Always inspiring, great job.
How about some specs on both sets of wheels. Offsets and Tyre sizes etc. Happy 10 BTW.
