absolutely gorgeous, my only gripe would be to get some body color front reflector and lose the front license plate.

Yup, was following what you did, felt it was the best choice. So far, so good!

I might go this route in the future.
I'll be sure to update but no worries about the rear with this combo. Lots of others have gone more aggressive with either lowering, wider wheels/spacers and/or a combination. I was hummin and hawin about going 285 at the back but liked what I read about the 295's .

I love the OEM's too and they're not gone. In my climate they're with me mid November to April lol.

Agree about the "smaller" comment but I knew that going in. They're getting bigger the more I stare at them lol.

Thanks Robbie, much different looking than Pauls with his lower profiled tires and fairly deep drop. Totally different actually.

Thanks - Not sure I've seen anyone else do 295/35. 295/30 and 305/30 are very common and I know those are not an issue with conservative offsets.

EDIT: Never mind - forgot about this thread: http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1088103

That color against the blue sky is amazing. Just beautiful. I would definitely get the M in this color. My favorite light color on the M is this Silverlake.

You're welcome and thanks re "former stable". Have had a love affair with classic U.S. muscle for a long time and I don't see it going away. I suspect this modern German muscle will be a nice distraction, however!

Hey is there any way we can compare this to silverstoneII? Something tells me it's going to look like silverstone I.

Ask and you shall receive! Take a look at Pg 7, Post 255. Took a few pics at one of our meets against SSII, YMB and SMB. 4 totally different blues. Love them all but kinda partial to mine lol!

Thanks but as Chris mentioned, it's much much lighter than Estoril...but much bluer than Silverstone.

Love the new wheels, but honestly I still like the combo with the stock wheels too. This is a total win. Very nicely done.

Color is amazing.

But I like the cleanliness of the stock silver 19s better than the new wheels. But that's just me.
