You need more cars man.
I was thinking about building a house today. I got this far, C63, M4 (or M3, I didn't decide that one yet), GL63 if anyone want's to try to do a family outing with me behind the wheel, and if not, I need a bike. Then I thought I could use a kitchen too. This is why Greg from Oregon still has a job.

I wish you all the best. I just had a vision of a red GL63, and they will look bad.
I'm going to start building the house from kitchen up from now on. I learned my lesson.

Okay, here's my garage. Nothing fancy, but a few stacked boxes in the back I plan to clean up sometime. The Infiniti IPL G Coupe is sitting outside from now on I'll be getting rid of her soon. Also thought the night shot would have been cool, but the cell phone didn't pull it off like I wanted... oh well.

Racedeck.com $950 delivered total for the mats in my pics. I used a black "free flow" boarder around graphite "tuffshield". Free flow is open and catches dirt on vehicle entry. Both mats have edge trim. Their design tool is intuitive and handy. Nice thing about racedeck is you buy exactly what you need. Other suppliers sell in bundles of 4/24/48 tiles, etc. Easy people to work with too.

It must be great to use also to wax the car without having to bend all the way to the floor too

Its an Atlas Kwik Bay. There is a great DIY somewhere on the forum that help me decide on this lift and with the install.
Logistics: This was the hardest part. its over 1000lbs and pretty wide with the pallet. Had them deliver the lift to a freight terminal. I picked up the item with a rented uhaul. Barely fit. Now the issue was getting it off. I dont own a forklift and the ramp on the uhaul wont carry the weight. How did i get it off? When heading out of my neighborhood to go rent a lift for 500 i saw this guy. my luck. What you need is pretty much included in the lift expect for an air compressor, grease gun, approach ramp because my car is lowered, air hose line, and some lift points (made mine out of wood from the pallet). It seems safe with three saftey measures, but it still scary with a 4k car on your head. Overall its awesome to work on. Removing my springs and some exhaust work has been a breeze. I will post more when i get my M3 home. |

I live in a condo, and my spot is NOWHERE near as cool as some of the garages posted here... BUT, I do have about 15 ft open to the right of me that is not a designated parking space, and then there is a huge concrete column that separates my space and the spot next to me. I guess thats all I can ask for, no one next to me
