saying black wheels r played out is like saying yoga pants are played out. they're here to stay. if anything, leave the silver wheels for the enterprise rental fleet vehicles.

and BBS got the fitment perfect with the FI-Rs. bravo. now go work on the 20" LMs pls.

I think it depends on what type of silver we are speaking of.

I'm not a fan of the lighter shades of silver but I'm fine with the silver that are darker, but not too dark. For me, black looks good on FI-Rs because w/ FI-Rs you see what the rims are still, it doesn't just block the design completely. Some other rims that are just straight Black, you don't see the rim design, which is dumb/unfortunate.

I personally would do silver because I think black wheels are hard to see in dim lighting/pictures. If you're paying ~8k for wheels, you would want to be able to see them right?

Why not go custom and refinish?

I think brushed bronze would flow very well with the orange

I really love my Fire Orange M3 with the new Black 666's the contrast makes a big difference. I don't think it would look near as good with the older grey ones.

I have a Fire Orange on the silver 666M, and inswapped them out for dark coloured Z performance wheels, yeah they lasted about 6 weeks and I sold them on,

Bizarrely enough they got lost against the paint colour, I went back to 666’s and never looked back!
