Be prepared for a let down on the 981, perhaps not so bad if it's a manual. I had mine for 7 months and couldn't wait to get rid of it. Traded for a 911 GTS which I understand is a lot more car and a bunch more money. 981 is NA and with pdk I never felt there was any torque. Had to be up in the 4k rpm range for it to feel lively. But I had a charger hellcat before the 981, and that's an apples to oranges comparison.

I literally just figured it out right at this very moment. It means thrills. Three-yalls is thrills with a southern accent. Not sure why it took me so long to figure it out.
That just blew my mind

I posted earlier that my dealer told me that there is 9 k factory rebate on M4 cs , not sure what model year 18 or 19 or both
if on 2019, then 11 % off is a poor deal
ask your dealer about that or double check with another dealer

Wanted to thank all the contributing members on this thread!
It took a while, but I was able to negotiate a deal on a SMB M3CS based on the feedback in this thread.

2018 M3 CS
SMB - ($102,395 MSRP)
10,000 miles per year
7 MSD's
$745 before tax
MSD's + first month + fees at signing.

If anyone is in the market, they have another M3CS they are really looking to sell.
It's a $114,995 MSRP though as it has the matte SMB paint and ceramics so payment will be higher but they are willing to match the same discounts.
PM me and I can put you in touch with my CA.

Heard that today is the last day to lease 2018s. So anyone wanting to get into an M3 CS lease needs to do it today.

It's not just news from today, there has been rumblings for a while that BMW is ending lease support for the F80 at the end of March (today). But we won't know for sure until tomorrow.

yeah no aprils fools joke here, not sure why I would even waste my time doing that but whatever.

Either way I was told by someone at BMW that today is the last day to lease them. But I agree will know for sure tomorrow.

adj price: $78,895

i live in texas so taxes are paid on the adj price of the car.
paid first month and fees up front.
monthly: 917 including taxes, would have been 893 with loyalty.

maybe i could have done a little better, but i was itching to get into a car and the deal fell within the budget i allotted.
What is your base without taxes? And your MF was what? Seems like it was inflated. Which OL code did you use?

I threw an offer (inline with what I have seen here) at my local last week which they ignored until today, will see what comes of it. They have both an AW and SMB collecting dust at 101 and 102K respectively.

My SA initially said the same (ends 3/31) but emailed me a few weeks ago and said he was mistaken and that the last day to lease 2018s is 4/30 - will follow up and see what he says

Seems like it because my local is still willing to deal.

Lease is $2500 and loyalty is a $1000, what OL codes are people using?

Wish I would have held off a while to jump on the CS deals.

I used the Chinese New Year OL from over on the west coast, even though I'm on the east coast. It was a very quick trip back and forth cough...cough

Guess it really doesn't matter cause they are giving me $5500 in rebates, how I don't know but I would hold them to it. $23830 in total discounts isn't bad and the payment isn't either. If I trade my current 18 in it would negate the majority of the taxes and my payment would be $50 or so more a month.

Their blue CS is being sold so my only choice is white or just keep what I have.
