The insurance company essentially owns the car now so I’m not sure how you’re going to pull parts off of it.

For sure. I wonder if the car will actually be totaled
Adjustor called me yesterday and said it looks like a total loss. He did a minor evaluation and estimated damages are 40k+ already.
Get the wheels!!

They may allow you to get your change out the dash.

Unfortunately this. Might be able to snag small things like the little accessory port caps, floor mats and cargo net

Well I’ll be damned, I just confirmed with my dealer that 2018 M3 CS has $8750 Corp Fleet Discount! However, it is not combinable with other discounts or incentives. Also can’t be registered as demo or loaner. I’ve been asking all over the boards about this, so thanks for forcing me to run it down.

It is very sad that it can’t be stacked because I would be absolutely crushing a deal! I already have a pending decent deal worked out with traditional current incentives, and the total deal came within $100 of each other.

So no help for me this round, but hopefully good news for plenty of others looking!
The Corp fleet discount is off MSRP. At least, that is my understanding. Can anyone confirm? Thanks.

I told him the MPE didn't come with the car and he said I can take off but have to replace. He explained how it works a little and I think I can snatch a few things lol. Additionally, he said as long as I'm not there for hours removing parts I should be good because copart doesn't like people to be there for a long time. We'll see how it plays out and I shall update the thread on this matter.

Well he said I can take my MPE off cause it didn't come on the car. If you look at the CS build sheet it doesn't list rear diffuser nor spoiler. Fingers crossed I'll get those. Wishful thinking but oh well.

Spoke to the advisor and told him the MPE didn't come with the car, he said I can remove it once everything is sorted out so we will see.

I've never posted here but considering the info I gathered from here I wanted to share my deal to help others. I just finalized a lease on a black CS in Texas. Specifics:

$102,395 msrp
36/12
$1274 down including 1st payment
$907 (includes taxes at 9.95%)
Included $4250 in rebates plus $19k+ in discount.

I did shop around and there were multiple dealers not willing to go this aggressive but I encourage making sure they have info on all available rebates and dealer lease incentives ending in April.

The deals on the CS were much better than the non CS M3s (comp package and base model). Best of luck to all interested.

Congrats and welcome to the CS club

That's only because the starting MSRP for CS is out of whack

Congrats! Great deal, what area and dealer?

I actually just got mine yesterday here in Texas as well. I’m in DFW, but drove to Houston for my car.

One thing to double check on your numbers, is my understanding the tax rate is only 6.25% on lease in Texas. I’m fairly new to Texas, and had to adjust to how they compute tax here versus FL.

Hey double_R, can you send me more info? Do you think the dealer would do an out of state deal?

Feckin,
I got mine in greater Houston area. Last CS they had. Yes they had lots of confusion over tax calculation as I also don't live in TX. TX calculates all taxes as a lump sum on a lease (similar to a purchase) vs charging tax on use as its incurred.

If you want additional info please PM me.

Wow! Nice deal. Are you located in Texas?

Has anyone gotten a deal similar to this on a CS here in Florida?

I actually just relocated from Tampa FL area to Dallas Texas this past year.

In my experience, Fields BMW and BMW Treasure Coast are usually willing to deal. I do have a solid contact at Fields I’ve used and referred multiple people to over the years. I’d be glad to share contact, so if interested PM me. I was planning to go that route if I didn’t have any luck here in TX, but ended up doing alright.

Just to officially throw mine on the board, I too took just delivery of my car on Friday. As mentioned in other responses I’m in DFW but went to Houston, mainly because I wanted SMB, and deal was right. So it was a 9 hour round trip, plus time at dealer. The best part was that I didn’t even tell my wife.... her face was priceless when I got home

Big shout out to Kief for sharing contact info and lead!

2018 M3 CS, San Marino Blue, Executive Pack
$102,395 MSRP
-$23,500 Total Discounts and incentives
-$500 BMW CCA Rebate (Separately applied for)

Unfortunately, I did not qualify for “Loyalty” because I’ve had a break in ownership, otherwise deal would have been even better! I used USAA and OL code which are stackable with BMW CCA rebate. This combination came out almost identical to the “hidden Corp Fleet incentive” route.

I also had a trade to contend with, which always adds complexity. Especially when negotiating sight unseen outside the area. While I lost some on trade, it helped with tax deferral ($2800) since TX taxes full amount upfront. I wanted to sell private party but timing was obviously a huge consideration, and felt it was unrealistic given the closing window to lease F80 CS.

In the end, I got what I want.... and I’m back in the BMW family. The car is absolutely gorgeous and feel very satisfied with my deal given the circumstances.

Thanks to the forum crew as always for support and info!

I would do that deal. I've been trying at a dealer near me and they just won't do it.

How can you flip a leased car? It’s technically not yours to sell, just want to understand better, thx

Honestly this is a common misconception about leases. While there may be some brands that have exceptions, or have additional fees, or complications... For the most part a lease isn’t that different from any other car loan meaning you always have a current payoff amount on the vehicle, and therefore can sell it or trade in at any point. The value for the sale or trade of course is based just like any other car on the miles condition etc.

Additionally, towards the end of the lease there is a pre-negotiated buyout price. So to the previous Ops point, if towards the end of your lease the value of the car is higher than where your buyout price is yes you can sell it pay off the remaining balance and take whatever profit may be available.

Does this help?

He can most likely get you one. It's andrae from Facebook. I got the SMB CS from Brandon. The one I told you I shipped. He didn't have it in stock but still got it.
