Just let them know that to do the deal, you want the "Base Rate" Money factor is .00165. (Which it might be .00145 for July from what people said)
Thanks. Also, by using your MSDs, shouldn't your MF rate go lower?
How do I find out base rate value?
Thanks so much for the help

Money down? If not, that's a great deal.
That a great deal for a 2020, considering most dealers won't budge on a 2020 yet.

The base rate is 0.00145 this month. Dealers are allowed to mark up the rate up to 0.0004 but there is no need for you to accept it. Go for the base rate.

You can put up to 7 MSDs. Each MSD lowers the MF by 0.00005

Huge thanks to @trendy26

His posts helped me negotiate a deal. Got at $735/month taxesin with $2K upfront. I didn't get 0.0145. I got 0.0155 since I'm new to the US with no credit history. With $1K upfront it would have been around $785. This is 24 months and 10K miles.

Congrats man! Glad it worked out for you. That's one hell of a deal, and you're going to love this car! (Especially since you're driving it so cheap too!)

Yeah Vista quoted me like $1,500/month on a 36 month lease..... Pretty sad that my actual deal is about half that payment over 24 months.

South Florida Dealers are absolutely awful..!

Does anyone know if the newgrad incentive is not applicable for CS?

Also bmw cca credit for cs is $250 instead of $500?

Don't know anything about the grad discount, but haven't heard about the BMW CCA being reduced to $250

Did they charge you or waive the acquisition fee? I'm not sure if waiving it vs paying for it affects your money factor?

I believe $250 might be for non M CPO cars but don't quote me on that

LOL, not sure if $735 is cheap. I had the 17 M3 ZCP before this. I miss that car. Still waiting for this to break-in so I can test it out. It does feel more stiff. But the alcantra (I spelt it wrong) on the steering wheel feels amazing!

They charged me acquisition fee. From my understanding, that should not impact your MF.

On a side note, was able to fit infant and toddler seat in the M4 CS LOL.

I think 19% is really good depending on what other accessories are included on the car..
Rebates and loyalty rewards are accurate.
BMW CCA rebate will come from The club and not for the dealership
I'm not familiar with the new grad incentive but if it's available I don't see why you can't add that in
Good luck with it and please share details..
I'm also close to a deal. I'm only getting 17.6% off msrp but I'm having to fight with them about MF rates

I see i was originally working out a deal thru a broker and thats what he said

19% is good but thats already what the broker offered me with $500 fee

So i did some researches calling dealers around and i found a few dealership who is willing to do 19% off msrp right off the phone i am aiming 20%

My payment should be around mid 700s with $0 drive off with max MSDs

If you can pull off a 20% then that would be awesome but I'll take the 19% off and not pay the broker $500. But keep trying. I think there was a post earlier of one of the members with msrp of 125k or something and got he car for $89k after all the discounts and rebates. You just have to find a dealer who's had the car sitting on their lot forever..
Either ways please share your details as it might help me and other members
Thanks

add them up $138,030. My 3.96% interest just became 3.96% interest on $138,030 and not on $77,756 or even the total depreciation amount $17,781. Total "rent charge" (aka interest) is $8,248, and if you take that rent charge amount in comparison to the actual fee of the car ($17,781), the effective interest rate is about 27.11%...
Are you sure about this?

I thought the MF was only applied to the Cap Cost minus the Residual. For example, $80K cap cost, $55K residual = $25K, and this number would only have the MF applied to it......

Yep, MF will apply to net capital cost + residual, I didn't realize this until after I looked through the #s and googled it. If you crunch it into an auto loan calculator, you'll find that the interest rate is substantially higher than what it would be if it was net capital cost - residual.
