Also no one knows December incentives yet and won't until the first week of December when BMW releases them. |

Yes, right now there's $1500 in option credit for November that you should absolutely take advantage of, if you pick your car up this month. December should be the same or better.

Anyone know why Goliath is three days late?!? She was due in Hueneme on the 19th, has been in that area of the coast since, I think, the 17th. She now went past it a bit. Any way to learn what's happening and why?

I picked up mine yesterday afternoon. Didn't get home until late, but here are a couple of quick pictures.
In the parking garage this morning, at my main client's office. First impressions: Very, very nice, very smooth (especially compared to my old SRT-4). From the little I have driven it, I can tell that it will take me a bit to find the limits of this car, feels very sure footed. Now to get 1200 miles racked up so I can unleash the beast. (Promised myself that I wouldn't exceed 4500 rpm for the first 600 miles... harder to do than I thought -- driving in "automatic" mode helps... some).

Damn that front wheel gap is insane. I'll start with spacers, but I'm afraid I'll have to lower it. 2 more weeks.

For those of that received their cars/emails from your dealerships, what vessel were you guys on?
I'm on Goliath and have no idea what's going on, I thought it docked last Friday but it seems to be heading back to Hueneme? |

I'm also on Goliath. Just called Genius and they said the car made it to the VPC on the 23rd (today) but hasn't passed through customs. Not sure how that's possible but assuming it is actually at the VPC then I would guess the cars were dropped off late last week. I'll check on Wed and see what the status is. I'm assuming we're all in it together for the folks on Goliath.

So I've been watching Goliath Leader and it's taken an odd route.
It was supposed to go San Diego/Long Beach/Port H but it sat outside of San Diego for a day without docking and then went to Long Beach. It then docked at Port H on Friday for 12 hours before heading back to San Diego. It docked at San Diego and then headed back to Port H and is now just outside of the Port apparently parked. Did all the cars unload on Friday? Did some unload? Very strange. |

Marinetraffic.com still shows Goliath Leader as scheduled to dock in Port Hueneme, but that may just be a glitch on their website. But as mentioned above it's just anchored out in the Pacific north of Hueneme. EDIT: as of 4 min ago it's on the move again, apparently headed back to Port Hueneme. I think the captain must be drunk.
