What if Harris came out and gave a poo-poo review? Everyone would be discrediting him. Seems more like people are waiting for "where's Harris' review, given he tweeted awesome things about the car I want to see him say it on video" I highly respect his perspectives but let's be real he's only one reviewer.

He wrote lengthy notes praising the car and mocking those who didn't think was raw or special enough. Published previously on this forum.

Anyway, I want to see the review too, but I can only conclude those dumping on his desire to earn some dollars for his fame are too young to actually be working for themselves. Of course he is entitled to try to earn something. How can anyone who puts food on their table whine about that or, even more 15-year-old-boy style call him a 'sell out'? |

I love Chris. Easily the most entertaining videos on Youtube but judging by the cars in his own personal stable and his expensive racing hobby I doubt this is about him 'needing' money and more about him 'wanting' more money. Which is human nature.
Chris also tends to be quite the contrarian in his views. For example he insists that those who say the GTR isn't that exciting or full of soul are wrong and he seems to be the only person on the planet who doesn't adore the sound of a Ferrari V8. I still listen to him but not everything he says is gospel |

the way his videos position Top Gear as primetime TV rather than actual reviews is something no one else has been able to do effectively and i believe it speaks to his driving talent. he did win Le Mans classic the other day and passed Jean alesi in the goodwood revival last year... a regular guy that can tell Ferrari off and then later have Ferrari give him an FF and a stack of tires at angelseye for a youtube video?? come on, whether this guy is right about anything or not his story is rad as fuck. further.. with the art piece on Pagani and the difference in production vs. top Gear and lesser videos and the inclusion of the trips and set up for the big test drives (again from the pagani video)... he continually stands out... he gets it... we dont just want to see the cars, we want to know what it's like to do what he does.

We had a chat with him at the awards ceremony for the N24. Asked him when its coming out. he said soon and its lengthy...30 minutes? the take away is he loves the car. can't wait to watch it myself. also congrats to him again for his finish in the aston martin!
