It may be on a ship already. Your CA should be able to get you some info. You can also use the VIN on the WW site and see if its on a ship.

BMW takes forever to update their website at times.

Mine arrived at port yesterday but, hasn't shown up on WW tracking yet. Hopefully it'll be on either Tosca leaving tomorrow. If it doesn't make that Toscana leaves in 6 days.

The bmwusa website says my car is en route to the U.S., but i can't seem to pull it up on the WW website. Is there a vessel leaving for the west coast anytime soon?

Talked to BMW customer service today, apparently they are experiencing issues with tracking vehicles once they hit port. They said they are working on it and would be able to give more details after Thursday.

They did tell me the car is on a ship, they can't say which one or which line (WW, K Line, etc...) but, it is scheduled for delivery to the Performance center on the 8th tentatively.

Just spoke to a rep about this, he said it's a common problem at the moment and they are working to get in touch with their IT team to figure out what's going on. He's going to call when he has more info but it could be 3-5 days.

Did you try clearing your cache?

Update. I didn't try to clear my cache but I did try to login using Chrome. That fixed it! Now I can login with IE or Safari.

Looks like all their vessel tracking info is up and running again as well. I just found out the car is on the Galveston Highway porting in Georgia on the 8th. It's currently leave the channel and heading into the Celtic Sea.

Anyone else waiting for their car to come into Baltimore? Production finished and the car has been sitting at the port awaiting vessel assignment for just over a week (since the 23rd).. It's starting to look like a late July delivery..

What do you mean scheduled PCD? the vessel supposedly arrives to the us port on 07/08 and its takes that long for you to pick it up at the dealership?
