For those asking about the bushings...I have purple powerflex bushings along with the whole spl line of suspension parts. There is no diff whine so no worries there...and surprisingly given all the spl parts the NVH hasn't increased that much (or I just wanted my car to feel like this in the first place lol).

As for the dual mount I don't have that piece nor do I see myself going that route.

+1. Very surprised how well my SPL upgrades turned out. No NVH at all which is amazing.

Diff bushings are up next

just asked this in the FB group and it gets asked here too lol.

And I ordered from turner and they kept extending the wait time so i cancelled after 2-3 months. That's horse shit.

I will probably go with the 2018+ oem upgraded bushings or maybe purple powerflex for the rear diff and be done with it.

+1 for Purple PowerFlex. My Turner plate took so long I had to skip it and cancel the order, but a full set of 5 Purples (4 front and 1 rear) are doing me well. No extra NVH that I've noticed.

I finally got charged for my whole Turner order, so I guess they'll be shipping out here pretty soon?

So glad I came across this thread.

My F80 M3 comp is starting to show signs of the rear diff bush cracking as well.

I'm interested in going the turner dual mount bracket, with the OEM 'hybrid' style bushes.

anyone done this yet and can report on NVH ?

No NVH on the turner + OEM v2 foam/poly bushings per some videos on YouTube.

I would probably go with power flex since you can upgrade the front bushings as well. No nvh with the purples from what others have reported.

I just had another look at the Turner plate and noticed it now has installation instructions and more interestingly it seems to link you to some bmw tooling needed to remove and install the bushes, however you have to drop the subframe.

install instructions: http://bd8ba3c866c8cbc330ab-7b26c6f3...stallation.pdf

Does anyone know if you can do this job with just removing the diff or is it 100% subframe out ?

Just received my kit today. Gonna install once my clutch issue is situated but I ended up going with the ecs red bushings but from what I'm reading seems like that was a mistake and should go with the power flex street set. Gonna give them a call today to see if I can return the bushings only.

are these the right sets to order?

There are two sets of these bushings so I did not know which the correct ones are

That is the correct set for the front-side bushings. For the Turner plate, you also need TWO of the rear-side bushings (part # PFR5-4026)

Also, as per Turner instructions, don't forget to get a new driveshaft nut

Can you link or post the driveshaft nut part number?

Does this plate totally eliminate wheel hop?

It looks like the plastic based bushings are infact very fragile according to this guys experiance after 4 passes they were finished?

I hear the purple ones are best…better than stock but not hard like red poly.
I was thinking on getting the purple for the front and the red ecs or black for the 2 in the back but I'm not sure if they will make a lot of noise or go all purple
Go all purple. Red or black adds vibration.
Purple is the best but a little whining is the consequence.
