Tuned Exhaust burble/pops, where do you feel it?

Might be a silly question, but I noticed that when it backfires hard (high-ish RPM acceleration then foot off), I can literally feel the burble in my gooch. Is that normal or is there a leak in the midpipe?

Most of the small burbles feel like they exit the rear of the car though.

Burble in your gooch must be from a leaky midpipe.

Garage List
Burbles are little explosive pop echoes anywhere after your cat iirc - I feel them throughout the car when they rumble

LOL for real though, after my midpipes were installed I guess the fuse-disconnected valves were slightly closed during installation. So for half a year, my exhaust noise was only slightly louder than stock. I replugged the 2 fuses and went into sport + mode and felt that rumble in my gooch when it popped.

My e92 m3 and e92 335i burbles were nothing like these gunshot-like pops. Think I need to turn it down a bit.
