A question a Civic guy would ask.

Just get KW V3s, which can go dumb low, instead of ruining your stock dampers by running lowering springs.

Non-adjustable the H&R i believe

or as mentioned above, you can get the adjustable KW HAS and lower it as much as you like

Add air ride should get you lower than any spring out there. Not a fan but people do it. Best of luck.

H&R SuperSport should be the lowest of all major/reputable brands. Ride quality is not as good as many others though, I'd recommend the EMD springs if ride quality is also important.

Search for pics and you'll see they still give a good drop.

Garage List
2018 BMW i3s  [0.00]
2010 BMW M3  [6.50]
2015 BMW M4  [5.25]
H&R RACE are the lowest, but awful on the street - overly stiff, you can tell whether a quarter was heads or tails if you ran over it.

We are very happy with Macht Schnell springs, slightly stiffer than stock for a sporty feel and give a reasonable drop which is perfect for the street. Swift are also good.
