So after this has been discussed a couple of times with several forum members, without any commitment, I’d like to ask again if you will offer the CS or GTS OEM calibrations.

My car will make it back from Europe around October 15.

Hey,

I've been following "OFT" for a while now and it's incredible how much you've added to it (for our platform) since your initial introduction post.

Your rollout has been pretty much close to exceptional. More so, because you've been very keen on focusing on the, arguably exigent
demands (which is good, because it displays your - service - and your offerings' worth!) of forum members.

I may/should have PM'd. you on this but my warranty is up in November and I'm waiting to add a tune along with a few additional
mod's then. Would I still be able to, take advantage (for lack of a better phrase), of your "bespoke" tune tailoring?

Can you put me on a list??

Cheers!

Anthony, forgot to ask...what about removing the top speed governor on the car. It smashes into the limiter even stock comp, it would be nice if that wasn't there with this kind of pull. thanks

It should be removed on your map. Perhaps I forgot to remove it. You do mean VMAX -- vehicle speed, right? Not RPM limiter?

I'll check, and get a map over to you.

It is removed? Nice! This was stock comp M3 (exhaust and midpipe) that hits the limiter so abruptly, I was just thinking the way it pulls now not having the limiter would be nice. Just in case...ya know
Good to know, thanks Anthony, I just didn't see anywhere that it was removed. If your going to walk someone, I'd like to make it a real walking and just be gone.

I'm also happily surprised with the power the car now has. It feels so strong and just keeps pulling. Much faster than I've ever felt before. It would be tough to pull on this car it seems. It's THAT fast. Very smooth power curve too. I'm very happy thus far.

Currently, everyone is getting a custom map. We haven't set any official pricing for custom e-tuning at this time; but our typical model prices custom e-tuning at $245

How many custom maps do you believe you will need? What are the various conditions/settings you're looking for?

Great.

two custom map (like stage 0.5 and stage 1) and a lot of combination of burble, roar, it's a perfect way for me.

Consider all of that included with the price of the OFT ($499) for the time being (introductory period).

Inquiring minds want to know: So, how long will this "(introductory period)" last?

As long as we can provide this service for free. Right now, we can keep up with demand so we don’t feel it’s necessary to charge customers for tune customization. Of course that will change as we acquire more customers. How soon really depends on the growth of our customers base. Luckily Anthony and I have been doing this for nearly 40yrs (cumulatively) so we are quite efficient

Hey,

If I may make a suggestion...

You need to spruce up your web-site.

You already have a lot of Info. there but, you need to sort that out and provide more
product/application specific details:

* Examples of - possible Stage 0 HP/Tq. +
* " Stage 1
* " Stage 2,
* etc.

Cheers!

Hey,

In a follow up...

I've seen lots of stuff on patches, burbles, Ex. valves, etc.

What are the actual HP/Tq. gains possible for the F8x?

From what I've gathered:

* Stage 0 (Stock) = 424 Hp. (Rear Wheels)
* Stage 1 = 474 Hp. (+50Hp)
* Stage 2 = ?

Is this correct?

What am I missing?

Cheers!

To avoid getting into any forum debates, we have not mentioned any tuners by name. But a little bit of independent research will shed a lot of light on who is doing what. I will stand by our claim that what we are doing is unique in more ways than one. We have had over a year to sit by the sidelines and watch. We wouldn't be here if we didn't think we had something unique and valuable to offer.
So far bm3 and bpm say they retain the actual OEM factory tune.
The onus now shifts to you to support your claim that your tune is the only one that does this. Otherwise you have made misrepresentations about your product.

I am spoiled by COBB with my Subaru and Mitsubishi and it seems to be the same tuner type model here which I am am a huge fan of. I hope this introductory price + unlimited updates sticks around for a bit as I still have my 1200 mile break-in to do!

Would also like to hear if there are any updates for 100% E85/FF!

It's unlikely that we are the *only* ones that use original files as base tunes. I'm confident that other tuners do the same -- its the appropriate way to go about the process.

What we do understand is that there are other tuners that do not operate using our approach. To avoid getting into any forum debates, we will continue to not mentioned any tuners by name.

We have no intention of raising the price model at this junction!

We do have plans to roll out E85 compatible tunes in the near future - but we are continuing R&D with regard to safety and durability while producing even more power/tq with the S55

... Making great power is all well and good; but failing HPFP, LPFP, Direct Injectors, or (at worst) engines puts a big 'wet cloth' on the experience.

We're approaching alternative fueling and power production in a very pragmatic way. We need to be fully confident that our customers will have minimal risk while using these fuel.

---- testing testing testing!
