Best installers for Catless DP in LA area

Hey guys, as the titles says I am looking for a good reputable shop to install some vrsf catless downpipes for my f80 m3. I have gotten quotes of around $4-500 from other shops but many people are saying that is pretty high, so I hope someone knows someone that will do it for cheaper, thanks!

Kevin at Pit Garage in El Monte. Can probably do it for $350.

The rate is not high, given that most shops now charge $150 an hour.

That said, any mechanic can easily do it; pick the cheapest quote.
