M Performance Midpipe + Stock ZCP Muffler

Hi everyone!

It's been one year since I bought my first M car an M4 F82 Competition and now I feel like it's time to change the sound of the car.
I live in Europe so my options are very limited (emission regulations, noise level etc), so I have just a few exhaust systems or axle backs to choose from

Although yesterday EezyBeezy gave me a very good idea.
I didn't know that the M Performance midpipe was compatible with the stock ZCP muffler. That midpipe would not delete the secondary cats (important due to emission regulations), it's an h-pipe so it would give some sound and the stock muffler would remain in place.

I checked yesterday and the midpipe would cost me 3k brand new.
Does anybody run this setup? Some sound clips would be very much appreciated!

It won't fit without major modification to the muffler to midpipe section.

You could gut your stock secondary cats. This would allow a visual inspection to yield normal/no modifications. Your car also should still pass emissions if your primaries are in tact.

You should forget this idea. The two parts are not compatible.

Hm...
Do you have any idea what should I do? I would keep the stock downpipes, I just need a midpipe or a setup which would retain the secondary cats.
At the inspection they also rev the car till 75% of the rpm range, they measure the sound from 0,5 meters and the car cannot be louder than 101 db...

I have a feeling that I'm doomed and the only option what I have is an axle back.
By the way, does an axle back exhaust make the car louder? Or it changes just tone of the exhaust?

EDIT: I'm located in Europe.

By the way I opened a new thread about this topic.
Here are the part numbers

2.50" (63.5mm) Exhaust Clamp - P/N: NBC250

Both of which I purchased through ECS Tuning

If you don't mind, could you attach a picture about your setup please?
