Which workshops do you recommend?

Took my previous 335i to Active Motorwerke and lately EasternBM but wondering where all the M4 owners go.

Also, where do you recommend I take a prospective M4 for a pre-purchase inspection?

Ive always had Southern BM do the work on all my cars , never had any issues with these guys .

even after a service where my software was updated and i lost all of my coding , they re flashed it FOC
