"IRL" CEL fix?

i just found this the other day. it seems to be a newer product by this company called “IRL”. has anyone tried something like this or this exact one to confirm it can pass emissions? i’m curious, i have catless downpipes and need to pass next month in IL and if this works that would be awesome.

Just saw this, they have been extremely effective on e92’s and good feedback on f8x’s several guys have passed here in Illinois, my understanding one of the guys passed his last emissions but updated his tune with bm3 and hasn’t been able to pass since.
