PPI Inspection near Noblesville, IN

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knew of a mechanic or best BMW location to to complete a PPI and possibly identify a list of modifications? Thanks for the help!

There is a bmw dealer fairly close to Noblesville. Dreyer and Reinbold BMW. Or you could always do the Lemon Squad. Let me know if you need any other help

Just from pictures is been lowered and there's an intake and exhaust
