BM3 Question

After flashing BM3, it deletes the CEL light that comes on. If there is something legitimately wrong with the car down the road, would BM3 prevent the CEL to go off?

For example: you have a misfire and the CEL doesn't go off because of BM3

If you choose the option of Cats to Off then BM3 only disables the code for the O2 sensor reading wrong, but if the sensor broke it would be another code (and not auto clear, it'll pop a CEL).
