2020 M3 Fall Meet & Cruise (NJ Residents)

Looks like a lot of people are coming from all over for this cruise. Figured I would start this for the NJ residents.
So far, I recall seeing South Jersey, Old Bridge, Princeton, Basking Ridge, and Morristown originations.

Sounds to me like somewhere along 78 (before the Parkway/Turnpike) would be a good rendezvous point before heading to Edgewater.

One nearby place could be the Short Hills Mall.
Alternatively, the Whole Foods in Vauxhall (right off 78)

We are still about a week and a half out, but here is what I'm tentatively thinking (open to ideas).

For those in the Central/South NJ area, as well as for the folks coming from PA, we can initially meet on Route 1. I'm thinking we can meet at the Costco in North Brunswick, NJ (100 Grand Ave, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902).

From there, we can take Route 1 up to the Garden State Parkway and meet the north NJ folks (Morristown, JC, etc.) at the Vauxhall Service Area off the Parkway (1 Vauxhall Rd, Union, NJ 07083) right before the exit 141 tolls.

From there we can hop onto 78 to the Turnpike and take the Turnpike up to Edgewater to the Starbucks meet point (457 River Rd, Edgewater, NJ 07020).

There is probably no one route that will be efficient for everyone, but, preliminarily, this may be a decent compromise for all?

I can do the Costco inNorth Brunswick, fuel up there @ the am since they open up @ 6:00 am and head out via Turnpike to exit 16E into Secaucus then into 495 into Weehawken - River Road into the meeting point.

People coming form South Jersey, Marlboro, Matawan, Marlton.. etc right off the parkway can cut across on the turnpike or meet @ Vauxhall road if they wish..

People near or in about Hudson county should directing go to the meeting point. coming to Vauhall road location from route 1 would be a Trek in my opinion.

yeah I'm with that up by where the exit is for turn pike will you guys be taking turnpike north towards edgewater? or the Lincoln tunnel exit? I can join either way!

Sounds like there may be multiple caravan options in view of the number of attendees and where everyone lives. We should be able to iron things out closer to the 18th.

Hey coming in from the e9xMpost boards.. there’s plenty of us from the central nj area and the costco parking lot in no bruns. seems like a pretty good start point.. mind if I give the others there a heads up?

If anyone down south still wants to meet at the Costco on Route 1, and then meet up at either the first (Short Hills Mall) or second (GSP) meet locations, I would be down.

I can still meet you there or North Brunswick Shopping Mall at the corner of Route 1 and 130 then proceed to location 2 or 3.

Anyway, I will be driving from Route 1 to GST (Meet Location 2).

That sounds like a Plan, the Shoppes @ North Brunswick or Costco (fuel opens @ 6:00 am) and we can take either GSP from Woodbridge or Turnpike to either Edgewater or Get off @ 16E in Secaucus and jump on 495 into Weehawkin to River road north..
