MPE v1 versus v2

Hi,

Has anyone got the revised v2 of this exhaust - I think they put an additional bracket support on this design?

I bought a second hand v1 exhaust which already had a weld on and think it needs redoing as it looks like it is beginning to crack - would like to make it a bit more sturdy

See my thread on the v1 fix mate. Think it's on here & Cutters. Searching "tin can rattle" should find it.
Mine's remained perfect since getting it done.

What did they charge you for the work? I was hoping to find somewhere a bit closer but these guys have already done it so much easier to explain so might have to take a drive over! t5pilot

It was a while ago mate & his first 'experimental' titanium weld job. Best to contact him (Chris) for a quote.
Then pop over by all means, mini-meet & coffee etc.

Had this done today - really good guys thanks for the recommendation t5pilot

The existing weld had failed and needed redoing - without these extra supports it's just going to keep happening.

Drove home rattle free 😁
