Hardtop stuck closed because rear window flooded!

I have a chicken and egg problem. The rear passenger window motor was submerged in water because the drain hole was blocked. So the rear window does not work. To replace I need to get the hardtop out of the way. The hardtop will not retract because the rear window will not go down enough to let the hardtop retract! The older versions have access to the pump under the rear seats in the middle but I cannot find any info on the 2017 model. Where do I go from here apart from going to the dealership?
