GetBMWParts screwed up my oil change kit order

I ordered an oil change kit for my 2016 F80 from GetBMWParts.com a month or so ago for my upcoming oil change. When I opened the box yesterday I noticed 2 different weights of oil(5W-30 and 0W-30) packed with the oil filter and 2 crush washers. I immediately called the customer service number on the invoice and the voice message says to email for help. I sent an email as requested but here we are a day later with no response. See the pic below for what came with the kit. I'm getting very irritated at the last of response from the company. Does anyone know how to get ahold of these people?

Yea I agree, just contact them. I've used gethelp@getbmwparts.com and they respond usually within the hour.

I've always had positive experiences with them. Just be patient and send another email, just to make sure... I'm sure they'll correct the issue without any trouble.

Dude wtf is wrong with you? Seriously wtf is wrong with you? I have been buying from getbmw parts/getporsche parts for the last 10 years and for anyone who knows them, they correspond via email only and their service is a solid 10/10 on pricing and service after. If they make a mistake they will always correct it and even ship for free but give them some !@#$%^&*time. You obviously ordered from them because they have the cheapest pricing. Nothing wrong with that. But if you belong to the " I want it now or holy hell will break lose" club then go order from your local dealer.

Seriously man, it' been less than a day. They are likely not even in office yet.

Unless you live in a place where the outside temperature goes below -25 * F, you will not notice a difference from mixing both 0w30 and 5w30 oils.

I have never ever had an issue with them. I have shopped with them for years without a single issue. And they are all super friendly with even better customer service.

Email ewinstead@mileone.com but I believe he is off Fridays so try and
email jreighard@mileone.com. Although this seems pretty petty not hearing from them in a single day one of these 2 guys will make it right immediately I can promise you that.

For what it's worth. My getbmwparts order is fulfilled by a local dealer. You can check on the shipping label. If local, you can probably have them swap it out for the correct oil.

I had an issue with the MPHAS kit and they were very apologetic and overnighted a new part. Mistakes happen man...

If the oil is all BMW Twin Power Turbo you can use it together no probs. BMW changed their spec and it's making its way through stock.

I buy Motul Specific, it's much cheaper than TPT and meets LL-01 FE spec.

Don’t mix different weights of oil together. I order all of my oil change supplies through them as well and they’ve always been super responsive to email inquiries.

I just wanted to throw in my support for getbmwparts.com and Jason and Evan. I've also been ordering a ton of stuff, thousands of dollars worth, for everything from oil change kits to M Performance parts from them for 10 years now.

Sure, every now and then a mistake is made (Jason and Evan are probably not personally responsible) but they always respond promptly and the problem is rectified as quickly as possible.

Anyone else notice that the OP ordered this kit "a month or so ago" and just got around to opening it? He's probably pissed because he planned to do the oil change this weekend, but his failure to verify that everything was received correctly has thwarted his plans. If he had checked the order the mistake would have been rectified long ago.
