Broke the infamous sub 2 minute out at Thunderhill East yesterday. Havent been out in the F80 as much lately. Was refreshing to swap from E46 back to F80. Transfer some acquired driver mod back to the fast car.

Hi, quick question, which Tractive do you have, and what are your impressions? I’ve been thinking of swapping my MCS for these, to gain some extra convenience in the street/track compromise.

I am running the road and track plug and play. Love them, my buddy has a set on his C7 corvette too.

Nitron suspension 6 point Harness and race seats Seat time I still have time left at the kink. I’m at 141 before hitting the brakes. I should be able to hit it at 120-125 when I’m comfortable taking it at that speed. |

Last event of the season for me...
NJMP Lightning - 1:12.1 MCS 2WNR, stock power/aero, RE-71RS, 034 2-pc rotors, PFC11 Great way to end the season with a new PB, almost had :11's. Car is feeling really good with the MCS, I think I have it dialed in fairly well. Good feeling after the shenanigans last year at the Glen. Looking forward to attacking Thunderbolt next season! And maybe getting back to the Glen, and/or return to VIR. |

M4 GTS, almost stock:
Girodisc steel conversion, Ferodo DS1.11 Nankang AR1 RKP GT4 wing risers Ran a 2:24 at Sebring on our first full day with it a couple weeks ago, plenty left in it as I was just trying to get a feel for the new car. Was fighting brake cooling throughout the day so was backing off in T7, T10, T17. Once the cooling issue is resolved with Hoosiers on it, I see a 2:20 in the near future. Not bad for a full interior stock power car! Last edited by hyboost; 11-20-2023 at 04:37 PM.. |

STREETS OF WILLOW CCW
1:24.498 2018 M3 NITRON RTR R1 FALKEN RT660 PARAGON R5 FRONT BRAKE PADS Second track day for me loving it so far...lots of room for improvement. Can't wait to get back out there. EDIT: Completed my third track day this year second time at streets CCW barley got into the 1.22.97 LOL. These RT660s really seem to overheat by the 5th-6th lap for me and the car gets very loose. Only updates on the car: Paragon Slotted front rotors and R3 rear brake pads CSF DCT Cooler Last edited by WhiskerBuilt; 04-07-2024 at 01:05 PM.. |

Great lap. The cooler temp certainly must have helped. What tire/wheel setup are you using?

18"/10"/25et - 18"/11"/44et Apex EC7 Have since moved over to Conti ECF. Feel like they are the exact same pace but last way longer. Not sure ill run NT01 again. Ran 5-6 sets in the past. Always destroyed the inners too quick up front. Need to sell my setup and get 10.5 square.

I just moved to a 10.5 square TA5R setup. I ran Laguna yesterday on a NT01 275 square setup. The braking and front end grip is much better compared to my previous 18/9.5/22et EC7. However, the 275 in the rear was a bit less happy, and something wider would be better. |
