Anyone have some spacers floating around by chance? Got my new tires installed and have 15mm spacers currently and now experience some rubbing. Wanted to go down to 5 or 10mm

Anyone interested in some K&N Drop In filters for their F8x? I'm going to COTA today for the Trifecta and can bring them with me if you're interested in buying them for $50 (online price is $90). They are brand new, but I ended up going with a BMS Intake.

Well that is the whole point of ordering that color of course! The wait on the other hand is the worst part. But, it is my first full blown ordered car, and my first M car. So the excitement is there for sure!

I know there are dozens of tint shops in town - do you have any recommendations? I tinted my last car off a Groupon...

I used theses guys and they were great and did a great job. They did my tint and clear bra.

I actually use Jay's Detail from San Antonio. He does some amazing work with not only tinting, but detailing, wrapping, and clear bra type stuff. Here is his link. Also the picture of my M4 in my garage was taken by him after he did my tinting.

My friend went there years ago and I was never impressed with his tint - although it may have been the film he chose. Had a cloudy appearance to it.

I went for Pinnacle Formula One at Sunbusters Window Tinting and I've been really happy with it. This is my second car with the same tint from the same place, and never had an issue (and has none of the cloudy nature my friends one had).

I got the best film they had - Saint Gobain, made by the same company that makes the M4s windows. They did a great job of installing it and I have had no clouding. They also did a great on the clear film - did the whole front from A pillers and they wrapped all edges, no seams.

They do have some fairly low-end stuff so I'm guessing that was the culprit - I am going for the film one step down from the "transition lenses" tint (the current best film) that gets darker in the sunlight. Haven't seen it in person but my F80 sure isn't going to be the test case.

I'm all for whatever it takes to help with the heat from MG and black interior - last time I had a black interior in TX, I vowed I'd never do it again. I guess I'll get a good test of how toasty it's going to be as I drive home from picking it up in South Carolina next weekend...
