Emmanuel or Swift???
Hi there all,
I'm having the hardest time deciding which Springs to get? I've narrowed it down to Swift Or Emmanuel. I have 2017 M3 Comp package. I'm looking to try get as close to OEM ride so it's just for looks more than anything else. I know there is info on both but I thought I throw it out there and see if anyone has any experience with both or any thoughts would be appreciated? Thank you everyone! |

I would go with Swift, just because they are the manufacturer themselves and have been around for a long time.

Between those 2, definitely go Emmanuel . I previously had Swift springs on my ZCP M4, your gonnna hate the ride in Sport Plus + setting. Like exo-shell mentioned, springs are a relatively cheap mod. You can always change them out later.

Thank you! Emmanuel drops 1.3 inches in the front which is lower than most. I don't want a slammed look but I want something that's drops more the Eibachs. I'll probably just go with them and see how it looks

Either Swift or Macht Schnell for springs. Or go with KW Sleeve kit.

I definitely recommend Emmanuel springs. I have had them for a few months and i could not be happier. They feel very similar to stock and i have had no issues with noise or reliability. The best part is the drop. They stance on the car is nearly perfect! I never rub at all either.
One of my friends who had swift springs on his car rode in mine and said the ride felt much better. |

The current Swift is a Spec-R design that explores the limits of the OEM damper valving. Its aim is max performance.
Swift also has a line of "Sport" springs that will keep OE like ride quality. If enough of you show interest in that, Swift will likely go into R&D and have something to fill that portion of the market. |

I've ridden in cars with Swift, and currently have ED springs on my M4. In terms of keeping everything like stock (ride quality, feel, noise), ED is by far going to be your best bet as it seems like that is specifically what they are made for. Based on their literature, Swift is geared more towards track duty, so it is only to be expected that you will sacrifice some ride quality. Both good options, but ultimately boils down to your needs.

Shocked that no one mentioned Dinan sleeve-over kit here. It seems to be the best balanced of the bunch based on feedback from multiple reviews. I have had mine installed for a few months and absolutely love it. Just a bit stiffer than stock ZCP but really flattens things out nicely.

Otherwise the only two high quality choices that retain close to stock quality ride and handling are KW HAS and Eibach (although both might end up being a performance downgrade).

Good point!... I am just seeing posts recommending alternative solutions to the OP. Doesn't hurt if the OP understood the options available so he/she could make a more educated decision.
