I refuse to beleive the 30hp gained from catless donwpipes so consistently along the whole rpm range. Never seen it on any other dynos.

Also in terms of absolute figures the stock seems to be too low, no?

As for cooling issues: plenty of cars are tracked at that power level, never heard of any engine heat problems. I have heard of a DSG overheating once to be fair, but cant remember if it was modded.

We regularly see between 20 - 30+ WHP gains when going from our HEX Tuning Stage ONE to Stage TWO, consistently across the whole RPM range, which is obviously the combination of modified exhaust and our software.

We have not seen these sorts of gains from downpipes alone,
but the gains we show in Post #3 (click link to jump) are the result of proper tuning strategies to optimize power output with additional hardware modifications.
(check the last dyno plot from Post #3 for a Stage ONE / Stage TWO comparison)
